About Coach Herron:

I've taught Math and Science for 5 years and coached for 6 years. I have an Associate's, Bachelor's and Master's degree and 6 different teaching certifications for K-12, and an license to run my own child care facility (which I did for 2 years). I graduated distinguished from Bloomington High School, played 5 years of NCAA college football and won 3 conference Championships ('03,'04,'05) with Texas A&M University-Kingsville and graduated with honors in my degree field. My wife and I have 6 kids together (4 teenagers) so trust that I am familiar with interacting, communicating and cooperating with middle school aged students to achieve a common goal. I love math and love coaching and I make interations as fun as I can each and everyday. Most importantly is that I am a good teacher and approachable, so please make sure I have a vaild contact number and email at all times so that I may update you on your child's progress and tell you just how much they have improved.
